What is Forby?

Forby is a classic Tibia 7.4 server written in Node.js, with a custom game protocol and an HTML5 client that runs in the browser.

How do I start playing?

Open the client with Play Online. Create an account, then create a character on the realm you want to play, and log in.

The screen asks me to rotate my device

Forby is built for landscape. Turn your device sideways, and add the site as a web app (see below) so it stays fullscreen while you play.

What do I need to play?

A modern browser. There is nothing to download or install.

Which devices and browsers are supported?

Forby runs on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Any up-to-date Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera), Firefox, or Safari will work.

How do I play fullscreen on an iPad or iPhone?

Add the site to your home screen and it launches as a web app, without the browser toolbars.

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Launch Forby from the new icon and tap Play now to enter the game fullscreen.

On Android, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
